OUR STORY

Peter Lett is a proud Muruwari/Yuin man and Founder and Managing Director of Muru Industries.

Muru, meaning path/journey in the Dharawal language, along with Peter’s extensive background in the construction industry has given him the drive to deliver a quality service, which will allow Muru the ability to give back, not only to the indigenous community, but to bring the wider community along on our journey.

Clint Braddick partners with Peter to lead the provision of civil concreting services at Muru. Clint brings 15 years of experience in concreting to the role, and an ability to manage complex projects with success. He has worked extensively across the South Coast and Greater Sydney areas.

Clint is very proud of his family’s background and culture. He is from the Gummeah clan of the Wodi Wodi and Wandi Wandian people. He has a strong and passionate connection to the South Coast area of New South Wales, and his is goals in business and in community are one and the same. That is, to offer future generations opportunities and life skills to have a positive impact on shaping the ever-evolving contemporary culture and customs within their communities.

The Muru journey

During his career, Peter has not only proven his skills in construction, he has reliably delivered on his promises and exceeded his clients’ expectations. Today, Peter leads Muru by example and remains hands on in all activities, service delivery and client relationships.

Muru’s focus on trade services will always remain at our core. However, we also leverage our other strengths and capabilities in construction to further advantage our customers.

We remain forever ready to open the conversation and the door to new opportunities.

Let’s make the journey together.

OUR STORY IN ART

Created by Rhonda Sampson,

a proud Kamilaroi woman and contemporary Aboriginal artist, our artwork tells the story of Muru and presents us as a business with family at our core.

Peter, his wife Katie and their seven children are Muru.

The Muru capabilities are broad and span an incredibly large number of services, and these capabilities connect us to our clients for the betterment of their businesses.

Through our work, we have the privilege of building valued and mutually rewarding and beneficial relationships, to champion inclusion, to empower those whose journey we share, and to rise to meet every opportunity that is presented to us.
